Our equipment is designed for a variety of textile products and supports folding and packaging of non-woven items such as T-shirts, shirts, surgical gowns, bathrobes, suits, quilts, blankets, bath towels, etc. It is widely used in industries such as garment factories, home textile companies, medical supplies manufacturers, and e-commerce warehousing to meet the needs of automated packaging from single pieces to full boxes.
2. What is the production speed range of the equipment? What factors affect efficiency?
Depending on the model, the standard speed range is 400–2400 pieces/hour (such as FC-152A up to 400-600 pieces/hour, FW-201C up to 1500-2600 pieces/hour). The actual efficiency is affected by product thickness, folding complexity and packaging form (bagging/labeling). The specific data needs to be evaluated in combination with the model configuration.
